This agreement is binding upon all order made on our website.

Are Services are offered by Real Life SRL, VAT ID: RO23310817, located in Tirgu Mures, Romania.

Privacy

We do not sell, misuse or share clients confidential informations. We maintain detailed records about our clients for the purpose of invoicing, and maintaining our services. Clients that do not provide the required details will not be able to benefit of ordered services. Internet registries require updated and correct client details and contact information to be entered for each domain registered.

Money Back Guarantee

We offer a limited 30 day money back guarantee, but only if the client did not violate any of the terms and conditions

Shared Hosting Accounts

Clients are responsible for the securitiy of the accounts, login details and files uploaded.

Emails and Spam

Under no circumstance can our equipments and offered services be used to send out unsolicited and bulk emails.

Offending accounts will be immediately and automatically suspended, no refunds given for the remaining period.

Limits

Users can upload and store only legal materials and files and content that is necessary to run their websites. Shared hosting accounts cannot be used for file storage, download sites or sharing sites.

Emails:

There is a 200 hourly limit for accounts on a shared IP.

This limit can be changed to maximum 500 emails/hr in case an account purchases a dedicated IP.

There is a limit of maximum 10 email addresses in CC or BCC fields.

Newsletters:

Clients that wish to send out newsletters using our services must:

• acquire a dedicated IP address and submit a ticket for reverse DNS configuration.
• use only clean lists of emails that have actually opted in to receive
• be able to provide proof of opt-in confirmation upon our request.
• not spam and be CAN-SPAM compliant

Account suspension

Real Life SRL reserves the right to suspend or terminate any accounts that violate these terms. There will be no refunds in case of such a cancellation.

Cookies

Our website might place an identifying cookie on a client's computer that facilitates login and enhance our services. This information is only used to improove user interaction and is not revealed to third parties or used for any other purpose than provide basic functionality of our website.
